As a Customer Support Representative, you will support customers by providing helpful phone and email assistance. Customer Support Representatives are the front-line support for customers and indirect channel partners, and they help ensure that customers through a highly responsive and customer friendly approach customers are satisfied with products, services, and features. They will also work in collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction is met.

As a Solutions Architect, you’ll be designing backend web applications, services, and APIs that will help connect our digital world. This position includes designing, developing, implementing, and testing software components within the temeda.com customer web portal, mobile phone apps, and suite of related applications and APIs. The Solutions Architect will have the ability to lead the design and development team while creating modern web and mobile app solutions from the requirements stage to deployment and support.
Electronic Technician / Field Applications Engineer (FAE)
As an EET / FAE you will select and test hardware and software solutions that will generate telematics information to be consumed by our backend systems. Participate in the on-site / remote field efforts to bring a solution to a customer’s fleet. Investigating, evaluating and pilot edge to back-end Telematics devices.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a keen technical aptitude and an eye for detail. This individual will work with our project and operation teams to source, select and integrate Telematics hardware as part of a comprehensive hardware / software system IoT solutions. You will work as part of a team of technical and operations professionals dedicated to creating innovative leading-edge products.
