Fred Binstock is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at ASCEND. Fred oversees all aspects of the
finance and administrative functions and has extensive experience in SaaS-based businesses
and technology companies.
Over the past thirty years, Fred has served in several senior finance roles where he has been
highly involved in the strategy, sales, acquisitions, equity, and debt raises in excess of $250
million. He has deep knowledge in the creation and scaling of finance and administrative teams,
having joined companies during early stages and helped scale for significant growth in a short
period of time. Several of these businesses subsequently led to liquidity events.
Prior to being named CFO, Fred served as CFO for TOA Technologies, an international SaaS-
based mobile workforce management company that was acquired by Oracle. He’s also served
as an Ernst and Young Senior Manager and is a CPA.
