As CIO for ASCEND, John is responsible for leading all information technology and security activities. He has more than 25 years of experience leading technology and security teams, with multiple roles as CIO and Chief Information Security Officer, including nine years within the telematics category.
Prior to joining ASCEND, John served as CIO and CISO for Verizon Connect and Vice President of information technology for Fleetmatics. His experience also includes multiple senior executive technology and security consulting engagements, the founding of a cloud consulting company, and 10 years as CIO for a leading global fitness manufacturer.
