Jon is the Managing Director and Head of Private Equity at First Trust Capital Partners and the Managing Partner and Founder at First Health Capital Partners, an affiliate of First Trust Capital Partners. Previously he was the Founder and Managing Director of Healthcare Growth Partners, a boutique investment bank providing financial and advisory services to healthcare technology companies. Prior to HGP, Jon was a Vice President at William Blair and a Manager at Deloitte Consulting. He is an investor and advisor to private and public companies with a particular focus on technology and growth. Jon brings invaluable experience to ASCEND related to high tech growth environments and maximizing shareholder value.
